What Others Say

**AVOID PURCHASING FROM LAND ROVER GLEN COVE. DO NOT TRUST THEIR FINANCE TEAM.** I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. While browsing the vehicles in the parking lot, I noticed a man inside one of the cars for sale inhaling from a bong. He then exited the vehicle and entered the dealership. Shortly after, a salesman approached me, and when I requested to meet with the finance department, I was surprised to discover that the business manager was, in fact, the same individual I had seen smoking—Matthew Thomas. I had inquiries regarding the warranty and wanted to obtain a financing quote for a vehicle. While I found this approach frustrating, I was still curious about the potential rates, which prompted me to continue. I made it clear that I had an excellent credit score and financial standing. For someone in a finance position, he did not seem very competent with numbers. He presented a shaky quote that was 5% higher than federal auto loan rates. I couldn’t help but think, "There’s no way I'm going to let ‘BONG MATTHEW’ cheated me out of my rates." The management at this dealership raises serious concerns. Is the individual engaging in such questionable behavior at work truly fit to handle auto financing? It’s quite concerning. I strongly encourage you to avoid making a purchase here. You are likely to encounter inflated auto rates and potentially more issues with Jaguar Land Rover Glen Cove

They are Deceptive. I signed a purchase agreement after deposit and confirmed delivery next day. They took my auto info day before delivery date. On day of delivery I was notified by text that they sold the car to someone else. When I complained that it is breach of signed purchase agreement Their sales manager Amit called me back. In the phone he raised his voice and was very rude. Stay away from this dealership.

I purchased a 2025 range rover & little details about the car I was lied to while being sold, like how long it take to charge at home, which was every important to me because i drive long distance. I was told by the sale rep David Cruz 5hrs when in fact it's 25hrs. They also owe me a check for my car I sold them and it's been almost a month and I still haven't received my check for my car everytime I speak to David Cruz he tells me it's in the mail & it's been 3weeks still no check. Watch those guys at the dealership and the funny little games they try to play on you as a customer

I LEASE 2024-DISCOVERY DYNAMICS SE on 12SEPT2024, Sales Manager JASON & DAVID are 10/10 BUT Finance guy ROBERT is a cheater, I wanted to buy 42months Insurance for TIRES/WHEELS/KEY FOBS & Wanted to pay upfront almost $2000, I ask him to provide me a fine print so i can read what will be covered and he hang up the phone saying " You don't feel comfortable don't buy". What a cheat this guy ROBERT is who wants to sell insurance to customer but do not want to provide detail about product, Land Rover Glen Cove management should think to put this guy out of Finance department because he is racist & he look down on customer/people.

Glen Cove expects you to pay MSRP plus! They make a deal then change it after you drive across state. Beautiful presentation of new vehicle, then comes the zinger!

02/17/2024 I acquired a Range Rover Sport cash from the Land Rover Glen Cove dealership, completing the transaction smoothly with Sales Manager David Garcia being the sole positive aspect of my experience. Despite assurances during the sale that I would receive my registration and title within two weeks, over four weeks have passed with no progress. The temporary tag has expired, and I have not been provided with a new one. Contacting the designated individual, responsible person MS Courtney revealed a lack of familiarity with car registration procedures in NJ, blaming a paperwork delay from the bank holding the lien on the car. Despite attempts to escalate the issue, including speaking with the General Manager, who suggested driving with expired tag and Cops will not stop me over expired TAG, the dealership has provided no solution other than waiting!Frustrated by the negative responses and lack of action, I am pursuing resolution through the DMV and consumer affairs channels. (Updated) 03/25/2024 I didn’t get my registration or title After 38 days I went myself to DMV to get my car registered and get standard plates.
