What Others Say

Purchased a Certified 2023 Lexus IS F Sport yesterday. Drivers seat leather/pleather is cracked in places. Front right tire has split/gauge in sidewall and looks like they tried to repair. I have messages in for Miguel, Salesperson via text and email to advise. Is this the Stoler type of Certified inspection? The entire purchasing process was a disaster. We came from Ohio and asked that paperwork be ready. We walked in at 4 p.m., walked out at 7 p.m. There were many other issues, but, space is limited. Rich, Business Manager gave incorrect information on out of state DMV info also. I can't imagine the Lexus Dealer that I patronize every providing this poor of service. They need to be written up by Lexus for their tactics. Find a small Lexus Dealership for your vehicle that provides true Lexus service. This is not one of them. I will be happy to update this review once I hear from Stoler regarding my issues.

I would give them no stars if I could, the used car manager Ray Berrios refused to take a lease return back because he had no room, he said he is not obligated to take back the lease, I have 4 Lexus’s that I service their, safe to say I will not be returning to them to service/buy cars. I walked into lexus of Freeport and they accommodated me and I was out of there in 10 mins.

This is not a reputable dealer. We have been coming to this dealer for service for 8 years, every 5k miles. We asked them to do a minor repair that was not done properly. We ended up using an outside party who did it for half the cost. We explained that to the dealership management who proceeded to blame the victim. It's astonishing that a dealer would lose a loyal customer over a $300 repair, but there are people in this world who still don't get it. This dealer has lost my business forever over $300, you really can't understand what is going through their minds.

I gave Stoler Lexus one star because there is nothing lower. I decided to buy a new preowned vehicle. I decided to purchase a Lexus. I began my search on the internet. I went to the website of all the dealerships on Long Island. When I saw a car on a particular website I would take a screen shot of the vehicle for easy reference. I finally decided on a NX300 at Stoler Lexis. I called to make an appointment and took another screen shot of the vehicle for easy reference. I arrived at the dealership and met a salesman by the name of Mike Denys, He was very aggressive, and I had to tell him how uncomfortable I felt, I did like the NX300 and decided to leave a deposit. Mike wrote up the paper work and I signed it. When I got home I realized that Mike wrote the contract for $1,007 more than what the car was listed for. It was listed for $31,988 and Mike wrote the contract for $32,995. I thought Mike made an error when he was transcribing the price onto the contract. I called him to tell him of his error. He became very angry and insisted the price of the car was $32.995. While we were still speaking, I went to the dealer website to once again check the price of the car. It was indeed $31,988, On Monday I went to the dealership to purchase the car with my tablet and cashier's check in hand. Mike was on vacation, so I met with the manager of the pre-owned department, Ray Berrios. Mike must have given him a heads-up. He was aggressive an in a very threatening voice announced the price of the car to be $32,995. He blamed the cookies on my tablet for giving me the wrong price on the car. I found that both insulting and laughable, I turned around to leave when he said he would give me an additional $800 on my trade-in. With the tax benefit I accepted his proposal. I completed the paperwork with a gentleman named Richard. Then came the time for me to be shown the operation of the car. A very nice young man was helpful in explaining details about the car. I started to leave but realized I was only given one key to the car. I went inside the dealership to get a second, but no one was available to help me. I called four times and emailed the general manager, Nicholas Guadagno about the second key and no one has gotten back to me. I believe I received really shabby treatment from the staff at Stolar Lexus. I was outright lied to and insulted. It was a horrible, horrible experience. And what I think my treatment at Stoler Lexus more damming is my age. I am over 75 years old, and I believe how they treated me amounts to elder abuse. I wonder if channel 12 news would be interested in hearing my story.

Terrible dealer I was on my second Lexus great vehicle but they are crooks I recommend you go to different dealer to deal with Stoler is the worst

If I could give it a negative star I would. The dealer Anthony first argued w my husband over paying sales tax on a used car. When we asked for a manager Tommy came over. He lowballed us on a price for my trade in. Then said he wouldn’t hold the car.. oh but wait then he would. The worst part was when I got home I saw the car I wanted to buy for $1000 less! We went to another dealership. I got the Lexus I wanted for a better price! Wouldn’t step foot in this dealership again
