I did not need too much car explanations as this is my third Elantra, so he covered only the "new" to me items. I will return in the future and will recommend Albert and Larry Miller. It is nice to be able to shop for a vehicle without pressure from the sales staff. More

Mrika was available when I arrived, had the car I was interested in ready to go, answered all my questions and let me test drive it on the street. At one dealership I went to they practically asked for 6 types of identification and my car insurance before I could drive their vehicle. When I hit a snag with the withdrawal of funds to make a cash payment Jeff did not hesitate to offer an option for me to be able to purchase the vehicle right away and take my new car home. Robert was also a knowledgeable and courteous customer relations manager. His calming demeanor and very easy to talk with made me know I was purchasing from the correct store.
