As we discussed the costs and sales numbers we asked what the interest rate would be and he got his sakes manager Rich. Rich never said hello, never introduced himself, or asked how we were doing. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him in general. We were very interested in buying the car from Alex, but our experience with the sales manager made us feel unwelcome. When buying a car in general you want to at least feel welcome by the people selling you the vehicle. More
