After working my way around the highway construction I was greeted as I got out of my truck. I was asked if needed help or someone in particular. I asked "Alfred". I was immediately walked to Alfred and g was greeted as I got out of my truck. I was asked if needed help or someone in particular. I asked "Alfred". I was immediately walked to Alfred and greeted by him. We discussed my need for a pickup and he brought one up to show me then drove me around looking at the other inventory. I discussed what I wanted and he set out to find that truck for me. I then left town and said I would return Saturday. I actually drop in Friday afternoon to have my pickup appraised. That was quickly accomplished and we agreed I would trade in my truck. Told Alfred I would return Saturday morning, as previously agreed, to buy the new truck. Alfred was completely ready Saturday morning and he had the truck parked by the dealership, completely ready to drive off. I was then taken to the finance manager, who was another professional. Great experience. Everyone did an excellent job. Could not asked for a better overall experience. More

Absolutely hands down this best buying experience I have ever had! We knew Alfred from a precious buy for a new Ford F150 and now our second! He was wonderful! We were looking for a particular Gotta Have It Green Mustang and our daughter found it on the internet at the Five Star Ford in NRH. So, at 7:30 pm we rushed to the dealership, 15 miles away, and Alfre Mustang and our daughter found it on the internet at the Five Star Ford in NRH. So, at 7:30 pm we rushed to the dealership, 15 miles away, and Alfred greeted us like it was 10:00am. When we told him the car we were there for he said he just sold that one, but he would look to see if there was another. Fortunately, there was another one. He said the car was in a different location and had to be brought to the dealership due to the issues of the road construction. So he asked us to come at 10:00 the next morning and drive the car. We went the next morning, the car arrived soon after we did, while Alfred entertained us, answered questions, and did some preliminary paperwork. We drove the car and he met the price quoted online and we didn't even have to talk to other sales managers to get the deal done. Alfred did it himself. While we were in the finance department, Alfred had the car readied for delivery so that by the time the papers were signed and we were ready to go, the car was ready too! This was the last day of the month and we were in and out in less than 2 hours, including the test drive! Thanks, Alfred, and Five Star Ford! More

Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills is an excellent dealership to work with. Both Alfred and Jeff worked extra hard with me, and dealing with a lot of unnecessary drama.
