Reno Lithia Hyundai was a mess for me to get my 23,000 dollar car from. The car not only has many problems, it already needs new brakes and tires. I’ve only bought the car 3 months ago. Can anyone explain to me how this is possible? I included pictures of the bumper, the scrap that they say damaged the radar, the inside of the bumper, and the radar that they say was broken (which has zero damage on it). 1/13/2022 - I originally gave info on how to see pictures - but it went against DealerRater community guidelines. So, in conclusion, is DealerRater any better then the dealerships? More
