Great Customer Service When I went in Shana initially took care of me at 7:30a in the morning with a great smile and a great attitude. Started my day of good. 2009 Silverado repairs I took my 2009 Silverado in on 13 February 2017 for emergency brake issues, power outlet issues, and oil change. Ariel Ross was my service advisor on I took my 2009 Silverado in on 13 February 2017 for emergency brake issues, power outlet issues, and oil change. Ariel Ross was my service advisor on this day. She keep me informed of other issues discovered during the service with my truck. All issues were fixed and my truck was ready for pick up 2 hours prior to what I asked for. Ariel was very pleasant to deal with and is a very easy to work with. She called me about 4 times to ask for approval to proceed with repairs.
