Betty was very patient with my wife and me and answered all of our questions. In fact, I contacted her while I was on business trip in San Antonio, and we spoke several times while I was out of town. Based on our telephone conversations, and e-mail messages, she had a few trucks available for my wife and me to look at. She was genuinely concerned about cost and options that we were interested in and did not rush our decision making process. She spent a great deal of time showing us the options and demonstrating them on the truck we purchased, showed us the web site for sync my ride. I too am in the customer service business, and I was very impressed with Betty's exceptional customer service. In the past, purchasing cars has always been somewhat of a stressful and painful experience; however, Betty made this a pleasant experience even though this was an expensive purchase. We are very pleased with our new F-150 truck and appreciative to have worked with such a pleasant and informative sales person. Betty is great!
