Luis met us and began our wonderful experience!!!!! he took us to every explorer in their inventory. After a hour of looking at every option available, his patience showed through and took us back to his office to find the perfect Explorer!!!! Located the perfect one, just exactly what we wanted. Luis provided us the information and we scheduled a appointment for the next day. Bozard had the Explorer of our dreams and without much ado, we drove away with our dream Explorer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company I work for does a lot of business with Bozard Ford and so does my family!!!!! A company i would recommend to anyone wanting a "great" experience when buying a new vehicle!!!!! Upon arriving, Fred had the vehicle we were looking for already parked up front and ready for to test drive. Knowing what we wanted ahead of the search was half the battle! Fred and his associates made the rest of the process stress free. We were at all times treated with respect and professionalism, the staff were diligent with our goals in mind. A few days into our search, we came to an agreement on cost, financing and amenities, then we drove our NEW 2014 FORD F-150 STX 3.7L Super Cab home. We decided to look you up online during one of your commercials and were surprised by the inventory available. I entered some information about our 2011 F150 and what trade-in might be and was contacted immediately by Fred Sellers both by email and a call. He said he would love to see our truck and based on our conversation, sent us information on a 2014 F150. We talked to Fred and decided to stop by on our way home from a few nights stay in Saint Augustine. When we arrived, Fred was there and was so eager to show us all the features of the 2014. He took us for a test drive like none I have ever been on before. He was completely knowledgeable on all the features of the truck. He told us things we didn’t even know about our own F150. We are happy to say we love the 2014 and he made the whole process very pleasant. AJ in the finance office was equally as knowledgeable about his part in the process and made us feel very at ease. Fred introduced us to the accessories coordinator, Billy Arndt, who also took us for a ride in an after- market upgraded engine on a truck, and gave us a little tour of the new accessories area that is under construction. He was also very knowledgeable and we look forward to working with him in the future. It is obvious Bozard Ford puts the customer first. Every person we encountered seemed to truly enjoy their job. First - I can't tell you how Happy Billy & Kevin have made me to find the knocking issue under my Ford GT Mustang! I purchased this car used and when I heard a noise under the left rearend of my Mus have made me to find the knocking issue under my Ford GT Mustang! I purchased this car used and when I heard a noise under the left rearend of my Mustang - I took it back to the dealership that I purchased this car from and spoke to Billy Arndt. Bill took the car several times and each time he would fix what he thought was the issue and then it would happen again. Most dealerships would have given up on both me and my car, but not Billy or Kevin! These two guys continued to search for the problem and when they did fix it - they never made me feel like I was an inconvience to them. They where totally Professional and Bill always greeted me with respect and he understood my fustration and he was determined to fix the issue and make me happy. I live in Fleming Island, Florida and there is a FORD Dealership right up the road from my house. I would rather drive 27 miles to this dealership (BOZARD FORD) because of the way they treat their customers. They treat them like friends and family! I love this dealership as I have purchased 2 cars from them and I will purchase more. I want to thank Billy and Kevin for a Wonderful job in fixing my Mustnag! You guys are the GREATEST!! I highly recommend this dealership for not only the Sales aspect which was stellar but for the Service! These two guys are fantastic! I want ONLY gthem to work on my car going forward. They are going to install the BOSS 302 upgrade and I feel confident that it will be gone the correct way when my car is in their hands. Thank you again Billy and Kevin! He is an outstanding representative for the dealership. In addition to Accessories, my experience in Service with Marcia Nelson and Jeff Sparks is nothing short of excellent. They are always friendly, accommodating and very helpful on each and every visit.
