Came in with a smashed passenger side window. Marcia and the staff worked together so that I was only without my car for one day. My appt. was a 8:30am and Stephen met me in the parking lot with the car right up front. We went on a test drive with the top down and I fell in love with the car. I met with AJ to run over the paperwork and he made sure I understood everything I was signing with my trade-in, maintenance and Auto Butler (my favorite).
