I traded in a beautiful 2012 mustang with 34000 miles on it..It's a 6 speed and my left knee is in bad shape..I looked at a 2012 rav4 that was in decent shape but needed a few things like tires and a master it..It's a 6 speed and my left knee is in bad shape..I looked at a 2012 rav4 that was in decent shape but needed a few things like tires and a master key and the cloth interior was very dirty with stains I could never get out myself..So I decided to buy it with a deal to fix the problems..it was the end of the day and I bought the Rav4 but with no master key just one valet key and the interior was not cleaned up at all..I had to take the Rav4 to get home as is..I called and left a message I wasn't happy with the problems that were never taken care of..I called Bozard and told them I wanted the problems we agreed to be taken care of.but was told by the salesman It wasn't in the budget and the deal was done Well Jon Dewar the sales manager heard about and called me and said bring it in I'll take care of it..I brought it in and was greeted by Bill Arndt the service advisor and Jon And Bill had a rental car waiting for me and told me to come back in 3 days When I did come back after 3 days it was like a new Rav4 to me..Everything was taken care as agreed..Master Key new tires and an interior that looked brand new I couldn't have been happier with Bozard Ford at that point ..I would go back there and have my car seviced and in future would buy another car from Bozard...Very happy camper with Bozard and my Rav4 they sold me .. I walked onto the lot and CJ was approachable and not pushy. I just wanted to sit in the Ford Maverick to see if I wanted to keep it on my list of hybrids. (I was anticipating buying within the next 90 days). He was very helpful and not at all pushy, like some salespeople at other dealers can be. When another customer of his arrived, he passed me off to Tyler. Tyler was equally professional and approachable. I was not made to feel uncomfortable about some haggling and I had done my research. We easily came to a meeting of the minds. They let me take the car to work for the day, to ensure it would not aggravate my back injury. The whole experience was smooth and stress free, until I locked the keys in the car before it could be programmed to be opened remotely. Tyler got someone out to open the car and away I went. I was a loyal Beaver Toyota customer because of the way they treated me, I have to say that CJ and Tyler @ Bozard surpassed that dealerships customer service. More
