This was my first online purchase, ever, for a vehicle. I had been looking for this particular Mini Cooper, online for two weeks, multiple times a day. When I saw the "Newly Listed" post, I immediately rea I had been looking for this particular Mini Cooper, online for two weeks, multiple times a day. When I saw the "Newly Listed" post, I immediately reached out to Bozard Ford. Rob reached out quickly, answered key questions, and before I knew it I had placed a deposit on the Mini. Rob was always available to answer further questions throughout the weekend, and it was memorial day weekend at that. I flew in on Monday morning and was met at the airport by Rob, in the Mini. After we got out of traffic, we switched, and I was able to have nice test drive back to the dealer. Even though we had some hiccups with being able to contact my insurance co and bank on memorial day weekend, Rob showed patience in making sure I would soon be on the road home in the Mini. Yes, the car was as awesome, and as advertised, but what was most memorable was the ride from the airport to the dealer. It was nice to have conversation with Rob, even if for a brief moment in time, to get to know a little bit about him, his family, and likewise for me to talk about me and my family. Any company is no better than its employees, in fact its the employee(s) that make a company successful, not the people behind a desk that know nothing about being boots on the ground. I am a small business owner and take great pride in my employees. Heck, one of my customers, three states north even knew about Bozard Ford when I mentioned where I found the car ! I pulled out of the parking lot headed north, and ran over a survey flag that was in the road, into the sidewall, and had to drive to the nearest goodyear tire store for a new tire that cost me $295, lol ! We have been buying cars in the Jacksonville area for 50 years now and we just had the best car buying experience in our lifetime. We visited the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a Bronco Sport that h years now and we just had the best car buying experience in our lifetime. We visited the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a Bronco Sport that had just arrived, Brian Mello our salesman checked on the car’s status to confirm it’s availability. It appeared to have been ordered, but the other customer decided on another color, so we proceeded with the purchase. Ten minutes into the process, Tom Reinhard, a manager had a brief conversation with Brian and together they explained a bad news - good news situation. The car was promised to another customer however a First Edition Bronco Sport was coming in a few weeks and the dealership would give us the exact deal on it, equating to a $4k discount. I was blown away by thintegrity of the dealership in making this offer! These cars are selling like hot cakes with only very small discounts, so we jumped on the deal! Brian was outstanding to deal with during the sales process and kept us informed while waiting on our order. Rick Garcia, the finance manager got us out of there in no time, and my wife is thrilled with her new Bronco Sport! More
