Unlike too many of my past experiences, Tut never tried to push us to buy something we didn't need. He made it very clear that if we weren't comfortable, he wouldn't push the financing on us. Sales with Integrity Nothing but kind words and an enjoyable experience when I went to Five Ford (in AM) and was greeted by Bruce before he had even had a chance to clock Nothing but kind words and an enjoyable experience when I went to Five Ford (in AM) and was greeted by Bruce before he had even had a chance to clock in for the day. “Early bird gets the worm”. First words Bruce related was that “he will do anything he can to help me get the car I want”. At first notion I believed that is what all salesman do. HOWEVER, I had spent all day (from 9AM to 9PM) with Bruce and I can honestly say he is a individual who brings a good reputation to the term “salesman”. He was very honest in all aspects, he had gone to bat for us when push came to shove (as it did) to be able to get us the car we wanted at the rate we wanted. (Obviously you have to be realistic about the factors that play in such as good credit, what you can afford, etc). Bruce has great character, is honest which is difficult to find especially in sales and carries himself with integrity. I can also say the same with our finance friend ‘MIT’ as he made the process extremely easy, upfront, and stress free. I do believe our paths with both of these fine gentlemen were meant to cross and happy it did!! More
