I have left you a voicemail and sent you an email without a response to either. I take all reviews and customer complaints seriously and have reviewed this with my team. The information I received is that you told the salesperson that you did not want us to submit to the bank and that you would be returning on Saturday with your brother as a co-signer. The salesperson texted you on Saturday morning to verify you were coming in with your brother and never got a response.
