I had a great sales experience at Five Star Ford thanks to the efforts of Carlos Hernandez. I was interested in a particular vehicle and I was turned over to Carlos as he was the most knowledgeable on tha to the efforts of Carlos Hernandez. I had done allot of research but still had questions and Carlos and I talked for at least 45 minutes reviewing all the unique features and capabilities of the vehicle. He was very smart on the car and if he didn't know the answer he had no problem bringing in other folks to make sure I got the info I needed (Adam - I'm sorry I forgot his last name but he runs the SNYC classes - was very helpful). When the time came we sat down to talk and Carlos flat out worked his butt off making this deal happen. He was always friendly and never pressured me as he worked to get the deal I wanted. I could not be happier with my purchase, I got the exact car I wanted for the price I walked in the door wanting to pay...THANK YOU CARLOS!! The sale of the vehicle took too long. When i arrived i had the stock # of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. I was shown other vehicles and Test Drove 2 vehicles while i was there. Once the vehicle i wante had the stock # of the vehicle i wanted to purchase. I was shown other vehicles and Test Drove 2 vehicles while i was there. Once the vehicle i wanted was pulled up then we were in finance w/in an hour. Financing was great and i was really impressed w/ the finance staff. In summary i walked in w/ a 792 credit score and new the stock # of the vehicle i was looking for. It still took 4 hours for me to get out of there. More
