Christine (my wife) wanted a new Eco boost Explorer with the MOST available Horsepower. This would be her 2nd Explorer (not likely) & since she had previously upgraded from an Edge to an Explorer it was not likely another Explorer was in the cards. Our friend Alfred was assisting sp he had Carlos answer all of our questions concerning our next purchase. Carlos was very knowledgeable patient and helpful with everything Explorer. He was unphased and transitioned nicely when I switched gears on him to the Expedition (which is what Christine REALLY wanted this time) After having made our selection a Black on Black Platinum Expedition our friend Alfred again walked us through the buying process. This is INVALUABLE the level of comfort from dealing with someone familiar, someone who knows you someone you ACTUALLY like being around. Off to finance where Anthony Snyder actually made the most TEDIOUS part of purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable (I know you are thinking BS) experience. Anthony is HIGH OCTANE supercharged adrenaline and SUPER FUN. HE is a car GUY. We got a long so well my wife had to ask me to "tone it down" a bit! How many "finance" experiences can you say that about? I bet not a ONE! I just bought my 2016 SUPER DUTY F 250 6.7 diesel from Alfred 6 months ago and have stopped by to just have coffee and chat several times. Even through a situation that was a little different in delivery; they kindly maintained their patience, kept me up to date, and had driving into the sunset with my perfect vehicle. Another name to mention is David in the finance department, he got my paperwork arranged and put together. We discussed prices/payments which,let's face it, can be a very hard thing to discuss. He made me feel like I had a voice in the matter. The day I received my new car, Carlos was so helpful in teaching me how to operate the functions in the vehicle and spent an extended amount of time reviewing details, as I am always full of questions.
