Mr. Morgan, Thank you for your business and I'm sorry to hear you didn't feel as though we were totally transparent. I reviewed the purchase documents and the only items you added to the "due bill" were repairing a scratch on the tailgate and replacing a broken tail lens, there were zero notes related to the replacement of tires. That said, I reviewed the used vehicle inspection form and the tech only recommended replacing two tires as the other two tires were in the green.
