CJ was great and I enjoyed working with him; he was helpful and not pushy, which I liked. However, I have to say that the experience overall was ok. I came here by way of a pre-qualification with Capit helpful and not pushy, which I liked. However, I have to say that the experience overall was ok. I came here by way of a pre-qualification with Capital One Auto, which led me to a nice used vehicle that I liked on favorable terms. CJ was helpful and not pushy, which I liked. CJ's manager/supervisor, Chris, was also easy to work with, especially since I proposed a reasonable number and he agreed to it. The entire process was smooth, except for the following issues. First, the dealership requires that you purchase the $997 permaplate, etc., package which doesn't make sense to me. I didn't want it, but I was told that you have to take it. If I didn't like CJ and the car, I would have walked away, but be forewarned - you'll end up financing an additional $1,000 on top of the sales price. Second, the rate I got here was 2 points higher than what I got directly through Capital One. Third, I checked in through yelp and showed the $40 gift card for taking a vehicle for a test drive, but was told that it's probably for test driving a new car even though this is not indicated anywhere on the e-voucher, but okay. Fourth, it took 5 days for my documents to be scanned and emailed to me. 5 whole days. I purchased the vehicle on Wednesday, Nov 11th and did not receive the documents until the following Monday, Nov 16th. Fifth, they ran my credit twice - the day of the purchase and the day after. So, now I have 2 sets of hard pulls on my credit, but more concerning, if you couple this occurrence with the fact that I had not received the documents at that time, it should be a cause for concern. Lastly, I told 3 people, including the finance guy, that I wanted to cancel the optional service contract and got no response whatsoever, so now I have to contact the vendor directly to cancel which is quite inconvenient. .
