Ace top-notch service at Bozard Ford, St Augustine Bozard service dept is one of the best I have experienced. Always, helpful, honest and deliver on all aspects of service. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. However, Ford's lack of attention to address the re-designing of their sunroof mechanisms, leaves much to be desired. Apparantly a problem that is not new, consistently occurs and has not been changed or addressed in F150 truck designs since 2010 or earlier. Shame on Ford considering they do many other great things with their truck engineering. An unaffordable cost to fix their poor sunroof design. But ask for Colby..he is awesome in Service delivery! More

great job following up on backordered part. I brought my Fiesta in because there was an issue with the sensor on the window fallin down in warm weather. The Colby looked at it and told me that t I brought my Fiesta in because there was an issue with the sensor on the window fallin down in warm weather. The Colby looked at it and told me that the part was on back order and that he would contact me when it came in. I was in and out in 10 minutes even without an appointment. it took 6 mnths and a change in manufactures to get te part but i was kept informed with every change and was able to set up the instaltion within 24 hours of them getting the part. Great service and I look forward to working with Colby for my future service need. More

very helpful The day before Thanksgiving I was leaving work and got in my car and it would not start. There had been no warning and thankfully one of the guys had not left and gave me a jump. After getting home I called Bozard right away to see if they could work me in on Friday. I knew they would be slammed after a holiday but they said no problem and Colby set up a 9:30 appointment . While I was there Colby came out to the waiting area and said there was a recall on the airbags. I had not even received a notice about it yet. Every time I have had to have service Bozard goes beyond what my reason for taking my car in. I feel safe in my vehicle because I know the care the service department takes to look at every component of my car. They also make sure you are comfortable while you wait. More

Bozard Brings It! My truck buying experience here was AWESOME! I actually traveled to shop here because of frustration with my local Ford dealership. This was really the first time my 2014 F150 Lariat needed to go to service. It was pulling and just needed the general maintenance done. I don't really care for these Quick Lube places (hint hint Ford); I think it takes away from the personality of one-on-one service departments. Anyhow, Colby was my tech and did a great job explaining the processes that needed to take place. My husband is deployed so it's important that I make informed decisions as to maintenance. Colby was awesome! The only pitfall for Bozard Service - I had gotten a quote for a Retrax cover a year ago and had emailed Billy Arndt a couple of weeks back to re-check the price prior to purchasing. I even attempted to call. He failed to answer either so I purchased this $2,000.00 cover from a different business. Anyhow, KUDOS TO COLBY! Thanks Bozard! More

SERVICE VISIT I BOUGHT IN THE LINCOLN FOR A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND A "BUTLER" TREATMENT. EVERYONE WAS SO POLITE AND HAPPY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND KEPT ME VERY I BOUGHT IN THE LINCOLN FOR A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM AND A "BUTLER" TREATMENT. EVERYONE WAS SO POLITE AND HAPPY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND KEPT ME VERY WELL INFORMED ALL THE TIME. THE LAST THING THEY DID WAS "WASH" THE CAR. OUR CAR LOOKED JUST AS GOOD INSIDE AND OUT AS IT DID THE DAY WE DROVE IT OFF THE FLOOR. THEY DO THE BEST CLEANING OF ANY LINCOLN DEALER WE HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ARE A 2 HOUR DRIVE FOR US AND THERE ARE OTHER DEALERS CLOSER BUT THE SERVICE AT BOSART SURPASSES ALL THE REST. More

Had to take it back 3 times to get fixed. Had to return my truck three times to get problem fixed. Each time was over $1000 more for things I probably didn't need. AC is better but still not f Had to return my truck three times to get problem fixed. Each time was over $1000 more for things I probably didn't need. AC is better but still not functioning correctly. They did catch my front bearings going bad but now I have a pull to the right when I brake. The service tried to say it was always there but I never had an issue prior. I have no faith in Bozard Service More
