My wife and I have just started looking for a small SUV to replace our current one. We dropped off our MKZ and picked up an MKC for a trial run. The MKC is a great vehicle. Roomy, not overly large and rides like a car. It was as smooth a ride as our MKZ. It is definitely at the top of our list when we get ready to make the purchase. The whole thing was well coordinated and the staff very professional and helpful. Doubt you could find a dealership that made you feel as valuable a customer as Bozard does every time. More

Whenever I have a service or vehicle issue in that area I go to them. I’ve also heard others in the area express similar opinions. Recently I had my vehicle in for warranty service. Tanya Tomanek, the Lincoln Concierge, (ttomanek@bozardford.com) gave me a very nice loaner Lincoln under Lincoln’s “Date Night” program. They regularly offer a loaner or rental for warranty work, but this time the car came with a $100.00 gift card for a dinner for my wife and me. More

Customer Service beyond the norm! We broke down on I-95, just beyond Bozard's on a Sat. When we limped in, they took us immediately to check on the problem. This is a class C, RV, We broke down on I-95, just beyond Bozard's on a Sat. When we limped in, they took us immediately to check on the problem. This is a class C, RV, from PA. We would obviously not be buying a vehicle here, but they treated us with great respect to get us back on the road again.
