Best There Is Purchased our 2013 MKZ from Bozard and have had it serviced there ever since. This was a combination routine service, recall notice and a "Date Night Purchased our 2013 MKZ from Bozard and have had it serviced there ever since. This was a combination routine service, recall notice and a "Date Night" experience. We scheduled this in conjunction with our 25th Anniversary. My wife and I have just started looking for a small SUV to replace our current one. We dropped off our MKZ and picked up an MKC for a trial run. The MKC is a great vehicle. Roomy, not overly large and rides like a car. It was as smooth a ride as our MKZ. It is definitely at the top of our list when we get ready to make the purchase. The whole thing was well coordinated and the staff very professional and helpful. Doubt you could find a dealership that made you feel as valuable a customer as Bozard does every time. More
