I went in over the weekend to speak with Dakota after an exhausting search for a particular vehicle. Other dealers quoted me at 7-11k over MSRP with some truly insane "non-negotiable" add-ons, so I was expe exhausting search for a particular vehicle. Other dealers quoted me at 7-11k over MSRP with some truly insane "non-negotiable" add-ons, so I was expecting more of the same from this location. However, not only was I able to get the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price, I wasn't subjected to ANY pressure to buy immediately, all of my questions were patiently answered, there wasn't any insane dealer markup and (my personal favorite) I was able to leave the dealership without feeling like I'd made a huge mistake or been taken advantage of. I've bought three vehicles in my life and I've NEVER had a smoother transaction- I was only in the building for about 20 minutes and it was totally transparent. I put down a deposit that day and I'm looking forward to going back in to pick up my new vehicle. Today, I had a few questions because the deal seemed far too good to be true and I spoke to Jake who reassured me that this location does business differently and that I was in good hands. I contacted Dakota Diaz regarding the purchasing of a new 2022 Palisade in early October. He informed me that the vehicle that I wanted was on order and was due in some time in November. From the moment we got out of our car to the time we shook hands goodbye with the new vehicle. Treatment by all was amazing. Asked just enough questions to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with what was happening. Finance (Rene’) worked hard to make the deal that “Couch” put together even better. Recognized our veteran status and entered in the discount w/o us asking. All deals should go this way, Robert in relations came over and ensured that we were happy with the way we were treated, that the deal was no pressure and just chatted with us for a minute. Heck even the receptionist was a part of the team to make this deal work as great as it did. What a great purchasing process. Ask for Dakota in sales, he was wonderful. More

This was my second lease from LMH. The best thing is they ask me questions and then show me what I want to buy and not what they need to move off the lot. Very Enjoyable Experience! Mr. Diaz and Mr. Phister made my first experience buying a car through a dealership very comfortable and enjoyable! I had been searching places to get a new/used car from and Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria had just what I was looking for; a 2013 Dodge Caravan. The process of obtaining the vehicle was very quick and painless especially going through the internet. Mr. Diaz was quick and concise with what he needed from me as well as what he was doing with all my info. He was also in good communication throughout with me as well. When I went into the dealership the following day, my experience there was just the same, but with a lot of laughter thrown into the mix. It made the whole 2 hours I was there go by in a flash. I'm glad I brought my mother with me because she too enjoyed herself and had stated that she would like to do business with Mr. Diaz and Mr. Phister in the future.
