He is so polite and respectful that really impressed me. I think we all thought great customer service died years ago. Not at 5 Star and definitely not with Danny. He walked me thru the entire process of financing and I was in and out much quicker than I thought driving my NEW CAR!!! At other dealerships no one ever asked me what I needed and what I wanted. But he listened to me, and matched me to the right car- even the color! I will never go any place else after this experience.
