He gives you time to thoroughly look over any paperwork, time in the vehicle, and time to make calls on your own if needed. There is no "hard sell" at this business. The staff is friendly and displays ethical behavior toward each other. We are very ordinary people, but each of the two times we have been greeted by management. It is a welcoming atmosphere. They will work with you so that you can purchase the vehicle you need. We were referred to 5 Star by my sister because she had needed a car to transport her handicapped husband at a time when they were not prepared to buy one. This dealership found a vehicle and financing for her. Her salesman, Hector, occasionally calls her to see if she has everything she needs. We love them! More

I appreciate great sales people and Tut Edwards their finance manager who make sure you are comfortable during the process of buying an auto. Our salesman Danny Trauth was pleasant to work with and I appreciate that. He worked with us and did not try to sway our thinking into a car we could not afford. More
