The dealership has great employees but management should look into the processes a bit more. Each truck or SUV should be inspected by management before it goes out. I was sold a truck with bald tires in the look into the processes a bit more. Each truck or SUV should be inspected by management before it goes out. I was sold a truck with bald tires in the back that was okayed by the service tech and a muffler that was releasing under the truck because it was modified previously by a kid who didn’t know what he was doing. But the lack of a final check allowed things to pass inspection that shouldn’t have for a 38k plus truck. The dealer has since corrected the issues which is great but I should have had to experience them in the first place when paying so much in my opinion. Alfred worked really hard and was the catalyst in making my experience much better. Guy actually cares about us and that’s noted and appreciated. More
