Alfred, our sales person, is full of life. He is thorough, confident and competent. He knew the vehicle very well and was able to answer all of our questions. Mr. Ross chatted with us for a time, apologizing for the time we had to wait. David Hill helped us with the financing. We had a problem with the title and it looked like we wouldn't be able to use our car as a trade in. David went above and beyond what was required, to help us through it and we were able to do the deal the way we originally agreed upon. We were very impressed with him. After a less-than-pleasant experience at another dealership, my wife and I decided to try Five Star Ford in NRH. What a difference! We were greeted by salesman Alfred El-Darazi (aka: Grandpa) who dealership, my wife and I decided to try Five Star Ford in NRH. What a difference! We were greeted by salesman Alfred El-Darazi (aka: Grandpa) who found the particular F250 we wanted to see, showed us its features and then handed us the key for a test drive. The truck was spec'd out just as we wanted, and the sales manager and I agreed on a fair price consistent with my price research. No monkey games, no silliness, no pressure to add unwanted options or features at the finance office. Just a nice truck at a nice price. We will definitely return to Five Star for our next truck. And you can bet we will ask to see Grandpa again! More
