After a less-than-pleasant experience at another dealership, my wife and I decided to try Five Star Ford in NRH. What a difference! We were greeted by salesman Alfred El-Darazi (aka: Grandpa) who dealership, my wife and I decided to try Five Star Ford in NRH. What a difference! We were greeted by salesman Alfred El-Darazi (aka: Grandpa) who found the particular F250 we wanted to see, showed us its features and then handed us the key for a test drive. The truck was spec'd out just as we wanted, and the sales manager and I agreed on a fair price consistent with my price research. No monkey games, no silliness, no pressure to add unwanted options or features at the finance office. Just a nice truck at a nice price. We will definitely return to Five Star for our next truck. And you can bet we will ask to see Grandpa again! More

I can't say enough superlatives about my and my grandson's recent purchase from Alfred El-Darazi and David Hill from Five Star Ford. I think it's fair to say that many, if not most, people look for grandson's recent purchase from Alfred El-Darazi and David Hill from Five Star Ford. I think it's fair to say that many, if not most, people look forward to getting a new vehicle but dread the process. In this case I cannot say that that was the case. In every regard there was demonstrable regard for me and my grandson as a buyer, no runarounds and straightforward dealings leading to a win-win and I highly recommend Five Star Ford and Alfred El-Darazi and David Hill.
