A fun vehicle to drive! Alfred was my sales consultant, who is respectfully a go-getter. Charming and attentive in showing you everything about the vehicle and answering any questions you may have. If he is not able to answer your question, Alfred is humble enough to seek the answer you have from someone who can. Alfred is very dedicated to his job and his customer being satisfied with their new Ford vehicle. Let me not forget to tell you about Alfred's thoughtfulness as well. I had driven a three and half hour drive to get to Five Star Ford and Alfred texted me to see that I made it home alright, approximately an hour after arriving home. David Hill was excellent in preparing our finance paperwork and explained everything completely. I We would only give the young lady that went over our truck a 3 Star rating. I know millenials think everyone knows the ends and outs of technology, but she blew through the inter workings of how the truck works. Instead of first setting us up with the online app, she atttempted to begin explaining how things worked. She went so fast, we became frustrated with her explanations and were ready to leave before we actually knew how the systems worked and what each button did. She acted like she was in a hurry and had other things to do. I would suggest next time, use someone that is more our age (seniors) to really go through the buttons and systems to make sure we know how things work before we drive off the lot. We'll probably be back for a refresher course some Saturday in the future. More
