I have been waiting 20+ years to buy my DREAM TRUCK, a 2019 F-250 King Ranch. This dealer didn't have the truck I wanted and told them I would probably have to wait yet another year and order a 2020. Rick Dike and Jeff Smith got together and searched the 5 state area for the closest match to what all I wanted on my truck. THEY FOUND IT, in Arkansas. We have had a lot of Jerry Reynolds cars in the past and when I say Jerry Reynolds cars, Chevy's, Buick's, Fords, etc. and the experience couldn't be easier. John took us on several different test drives with no hesitation and was very knowledgeable of each vehicle, when it came down to talk numbers he had John took us on several different test drives with no hesitation and was very knowledgeable of each vehicle, when it came down to talk numbers he had no problem figuring the monthly payment for each vehicle I was interested in so I could see exactly what I was getting my self into. Once it was all said and signed John continued to show us excellent customer service even though we were waiting on the finance and it was after the time he was supposed to be off. It was truly surprising that even though I came in to look at a used vehicle that ended up being to far out of my price range, John was able to show and negotiate on a new vehicle with no hesitation.
