Above and beyond Jim Fairweather from 5 Star Ford went above and beyond to help get me into a vehicle. Vehicle 1 lost a cylinder after 8 days and less than 500 miles. Jim Fairweather from 5 Star Ford went above and beyond to help get me into a vehicle. Vehicle 1 lost a cylinder after 8 days and less than 500 miles. They took the car back and took money off another one so it was an even deal. Vehicle 2 the transmission went out inside of 24 hours. The day after that Jim Fairweather started search for a car for me because he knew i needed one and felt horrible that the second one had also broken down. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for anew or used vehicle. They truly care about their customers happiness and experience in working with them. More

The last dealership I dealt with did not listen and basically shoved me in a car. Bruce helped me every step of the way, and is a very nice guy. David is also friendly and is very efficient. Even late into the night David is very pleasant. I definitely recommend 5 Star Ford. More

Sam Limo is a wonderful person to work with, and in fact so popular he was dealing with multiple customers so Jeff Crabtree jumped in to help with the process. They were able to quickly work a deal that I was very pleased with! Even though it was a Friday, I was not able to get there until almost 6PM, which meant they would have to stay late, I never heard a complaint. All members of the team were polite, and professional. Great Experience I had visited another local dealership and had to walk off from their pushy sales. I decided to come to Five Star and look around at the EDGE. I was left to myself until I was ready, then I encountered Brieanna Lopez who was such a breath of fresh air, great personality and definitely not PUSHY. I told her what I was looking for in amenities on the vehicle, she took me in, looked at inventory, found me a few vehicles to look over, all had exactly what I was looking for, only thing I needed to do was decide on color. We then test drove, I was sold. She quickly got an appraisal on my vehicle, already had all my info for financing, and came back with everything at the same time, with several financing options (no back and forth). Once agreement was made on financing, I encountered Mr. David Hill, who also was very pleasant to deal with. He offered additional packages on the vehicle, explained everything and then allowed me to politely decline anything I wasn't interested in. No HIGH PRESSURE to purchase all the extras. Loved it !!! This has been one of the best experiences I have EVER had in purchasing a vehicle. More

These people are the best!!! The summary of my story: In the 31 years since my first car, Friday May 17 was the first time I went back to the same dealership, and to the same sale The summary of my story: In the 31 years since my first car, Friday May 17 was the first time I went back to the same dealership, and to the same sales person to buy a second vehicle. My first was a Ford Focus last October, and now the Explorer. I went back primarily for the character of Mr. Sam Limo (sales person) and Mr. David Hill (Finance Manager). And if the first time was a great experience, they out did themselves the second time. This second time was unusual. The gray/silver Explorer I purchased Friday had an Air Bag light that my wife did not notice when she drove the car from the overflow lot to the main dealership. Sam did notice it and took the car to the Service area to be checked. Initially they thought it was due to a device installed at the original dealership (the vehicle was a dealership trade). So, they kept the car overnight. It ended being a defective component that they had to order. My wife asked if it would be possible to get a different Explorer on the same price range. That was today. Sam got to work quickly and called my wife he had a similar model in black and that he would be ready this afternoon. We were both happy with that. Little did we know that David Hill was working on something else for us. When we arrived to the dealership the car was ready for pickup and all we had to do was sign the paperwork to get the other vehicle. Mr. Hill surprised us with a better deal than we got on Friday (which was already great). I won't go into any details because every situation is different, but I can say that we were surprised and extremely pleased. He didn't have to do anything beyond what we requested and given the fact that we were happy with the straight swap, they could've easily had left it at that. In summary, he went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected "for our troubles." This is not a fake Yelp review. I am not an actor. I am a real, satisfied customer who want to pay it forward by letting everyone I can reach that these people at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills are the real deal. Oh... and I almost forgot to say that both cars were excellent purchases. My college bound son is extremely happy with the brand new Focus I bought for him last October and the brand new Explorer I just bought for my wife is AWESOME. And by the way, I got fair value for both cars I traded in. More
