Another awesome experience! This is our third vehicle purchase from 5 Star Ford, and our second with Alfred as our salesperson. We purposely requested Alfred upon our arrival to the dealership, and we're greeted by Alfred with smiles and handshakes. He remembered my family and I like we had just been there. I knew which vehicle I wanted, and I got the vehicle I wanted. The entire process took just over 4 hours. Alfred even helped me remove my old tonneau cover and install it onto my new truck! Awesome service! All three buying instances were exceptional. Thank you! More

Friendly staff I had spoken to Nathan Blackwell over the phone ,he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Upon arrival (3 hour drive) was directed to Natha I had spoken to Nathan Blackwell over the phone ,he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Upon arrival (3 hour drive) was directed to Nathan where he processed my papers in a prompt manner .Afterwards Nathan took the time to go over all the features of car !
