One thing I would wish Ford would improve is providing status on special order vehicles. We (and 5 Star) were in the dark for 6 weeks on when our vehicle was going to arrive and then it was suddenly a rush to get us to come pick it up. If Ford would set up a system to provide a weekly email on the build status and estimated arrival date of special order vehicles, that would go a long way to making this a perfect truck buying experience. David Hill in Financing did a great job on working with us on the extended warrantee pricing and providing details. Again, very professional and low stress. Jimmie Mathews spent 3 hours walking me through the extensive electronics on our new F-350. He was very good at explaining the ins and outs of the electronics and making it fun to learn about our new trucks capabilities. Very professional and patient. Over all the best car buying experience I have had in my 40 years of buying cars. I actually looked forward to working with them instead of dreading it like I was going into battle! More

Courteous and professional I had been in touch with several Ford dealers and accidentally walked by Alfred while visiting Five Star Ford. Alfred was very helpful but not overbearing or simply trying to make a sale, which is good for me. I like to know that I can get information and discuss aspects of a vehicle when I need it rather than having a sales consultant thrust themselves onto me without leaving room to think. Alfred was approachable, personable, and could share a laugh about things that may have little to do with vehicles, but represented his way of establishing a personal rapport. I also had interactions with David Hill in Finance and appreciated the comparative analysis of financing options that he offered and the advice that followed. More

Our salesman, Aaron Dias (Internet Sales Manager) treated us with respect and immediately responded to both our questions and our requests to look at different vehicles. Aaron always dealt with us in an honest, straightforward manner. As we came closer to buying, there was no pressure at all with the upsell items. Our experience with the Finance Manager, David Hill was also pleasant. David demonstrated a professional, efficient approach to finalizing the deal. Once again, there was no pressure on the upsell items. David completed the finance office items in the shortest time we have experienced in many years of car buying. Most folks find it difficult to mention 'car dealer' and 'honest' in the same sentence. Five Star Ford-North Richland Hills has demonstrated an across-the-board mindset of caring for the customer in an honest, respectful, hassle-free manner. More

We had considered the Honda HR-V but the dealerships we dealt with while seemingly interested in making a deal were firm in their pricing and even became a little contentious when it came to haggling (I'm old school). We saw 5-Star's Taya Kyle ad on TV and that tweaked my interest and I looked into the Escape on Edmund's as to reliability, etc. We came in on Memorial Day, ostensibly, to let my daughter look at and test drive the Escape and ended up buying one because 5-Star made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Our sales person was a sweet young girl (Brieanna Lopez) and was a delightful to deal with. She went out of her way to get us the Escape we wanted (even going to your Lewisville dealership to pick it up!). Your finance guy (David Hill) very efficiently and courteously completed the paperwork for us and 5-Star detailed and gassed up our new Escape and Ken McLemore came and thoroughly explained everything about all the bells & whistles on the Escape (even though my daughter was just anxious to drive off in it with her girlfriends!). The hamburger & hot dog lunch was pretty good too! Nice touch! More
