Integrity. Integrity is hard to find now days. My salesman Justin Allerheiligen and I had worked a deal on a F150 and as promised it was detailed and ready when Integrity is hard to find now days. I asked him if there was any way he had the same truck in another color. He went to work found it and then dropped everything to go get it on a very busy Saturday. He did this knowing I would take the truck he had ready if the other truck wasn't out there. He could of had me out the door and on to another sale. I honestly believe most salesmen would have taken the easy road and give me an excuse why I should just take the ready truck. I will purchase again with Justin. More

Very pleasant overall experience I knew what I wanted before going into the dealership for the first time to begin my search for a vehicle. I had previously researched prices and kne I knew what I wanted before going into the dealership for the first time to begin my search for a vehicle. I had previously researched prices and knew what I was willing to pay for the features I wanted. I was upfront with my salesman (William May) and let him know what I was looking for and about what it should cost me. I'm not looking to make the dealership rich off of my deal, but I wasn't trying to rip them off, either. I inquired about all possible rebate programs available to me. Once he knew my expectations, he was very honest, upfront, and accommodating to my needs. At no time was I under any sales pressure to make a purchase. I proceeded through the entire process at my own pace and made a deal that I felt was fair for everyone involved. I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to deal with this dealership (my 2nd purchase here) or William May again in the future. In fact, I would highly recommend others to ask for William May if they are in the market for a vehicle at this dealership. More

3rd times the charm This is my 3rd time to lease a car with 5 Star Ford. William May is my salesperson and did a wonderful job. My daughter will be turning her lease in and we will be back here to get her new car too. Dealing with purchasing or leasing a new car is probably the top of my least favorite things to do but I highly recommend Five Star Ford. They made the process as painless as possible! I came in the next day and took the Sync class from Jimmie Matthews and learned a lot about the Sync system - love the upgrades. More

My previous experience with this dealership, that is, positive, brought me back. I was not disappointed with this experience either. The sales rep Bashar (Bob) Nemri was informative, exerted absolutely zero pressure, was patient in explaining the process and exactly what to expect. The only negative about the whole experience was during time spent with the finance individual. His mood turned quickly after I repeatedly told him I was not interested in and did not want add on packages. The awkwardness in the room was palpable. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. More

We found the p I applied online but was denied via online. Mark Lancaster contacted me to get a little bit more information on what I was looking for. We found the perfect vehicle, however it turned out Ford Motor Credit simply wanted to see mine and my husbands income combined to ensure we could afford the vehicle (we can). There was a little miscommunication about a down payment but nothing too horrible. The only problem I had was that I was told that if I picked up the vehicle on the Friday I picked it up on, they would move my vehicle to front of the line on the small hail damage repair from the storms a week ago. I was told I would have to come back to have an appointment for repairs. I have been finding small dents sobI want to make sure the vehicle I am spending 50k on is in perfect condition. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. More
