I bought my first car there in 2009 and was happy to return for my new truck. By just asking for Joshua, the GM, I was welcomed into his office and treated as if I was a long time friend. I knew which truck I wanted and that it was at the Plano store. I gave him the information and he called the GM directly to confirm it was still there. Next he looked up my file and called in my previous salesman Rick Dike. They told me that it was still there and off to the business office we went. There, David Hill took care of getting all the info for getting approved and of course the required offer of warranties. To be honest I hate this part the most. But we got it done at a good price and acceptable payments. I was in and out in about 3 hrs. I had to come back latter to pick up the truck though. When I got there they had their Tech Team there to show me how to work the sync system and other features of the vehicle. They even have classes on the SYNC on Saturdays. I can't think of a bad part of the deal. More

Great experience I was looking for a truck and stopped by to drive a Ford. I saw the vehicle I wanted and Alfred took care of me the minute I waked into the dealershi I was looking for a truck and stopped by to drive a Ford. I saw the vehicle I wanted and Alfred took care of me the minute I waked into the dealership. I walked in and he found that I had some internet inquiries and said that I should be working with Jim Rich, who was not available. I liked that he didn't try to take a sell from his coworker. The aftermarket sales manager was really helpful, also. I added two items and they were available when I picked up my truck. The only part I didn't get really appreciate was the interest rate I got. My credit score was worthy of a better interest rate. Something should be in place and not in fine print that when you advertise rebates that your interest rates will be higher. Your score should determine you interest rates. At any rate it was an overall great experience. More
