I live in south FW and it was the beginning of rush hour traffic so it took longer than expected to reach the dealership. When I arrived Juan had the keys in his hand and the car was ready for a test drive. When I expressed that I was interested in starting the process of purchasing everything went quickly and smoothly. Which was important especially because it was about 4:30pm and my credit union(which whom I was financing through) closed at 5-5:30pm. They also took my old car as a trade-in with no problem. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and down to earth, not pushy at all. More

I visited both Jeep and Honda, and then decided to check out what Ford had to offer. The customer service was outstanding from the time I entered the showroom. Greg Boone greeted me and immediately got to work on showing me options for a Ford SUV. After looking, we set up an appointment for a test drive the following day. I wasn't just ready to commit to a purchase but Greg was understanding and very patient with me, and followed up with me several days later. Finally the day came that I was ready to purchase (about a week later), and Greg worked me through the buying process with ease. David Hill did the finance paperwork and kept the mood light and cheerful as we cracked some easy laughs through the signing process. A smooth and friendly process from start to end. First of all, I tried a number of Ford dealers in and around my town and received the usual car dealership "baloney". None of them could match the price. I am not talking about a few hundred dollars, how about $1500! That was a profitable trip for my wife and I. But the one thing that stood out even more was the service we received from everyone we dealt with in in 5 Star Ford. An unexpected very pleasant experience. The people were great, from David Hill in financing who professionally laid out our financing options, Jimmie Mathews and his partner who spent quite a bit of time taking me through the "SYNC' system, and Sam Reggio who worked with us on after market purchases. But I must save special appreciation for Lee Clanton who made sure every possible rebate was included in our final price. And finally kudos to Rick Dike who I have been working with by email and phone to get everything ready and ease my anxiety before I drove the 140 miles. I have purchased 2 or 3 other vehicles from this dealership 15 or so years ago and if I ever need another I will be back to 5 Star Ford, More

The combination of features I wanted weren't readily available but Kelly was able to track one down and get it delivered in no time. I worked with Nathan on completing the sale an he made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. I also worked with David in finance and he made the process go very smoothly. I left feeling 100% confident that I was getting the best deal! I followed up about a week later with some additional questions and Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to get them all answered.
