I was greeted immediately and felt like I was very important to them from the beginning. My salesman was Chad Ritter and he was great! He understood my needs and helped make the transaction, quick and easy. When I came to pick up my new car, I got to meet Jimmie Mathews, who showed me the car from inside to out and got me set up with all the car has to offer! Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. He said that he would have it pulled and waiting for me on Saturday. I wasn't able make it in on Saturday. Called him and told him that I would be in today. Went in this morning(Monday), picked it up, brought it home for my wife to see. Took it back and told him I wanted it. Whole process took less than 2 hours, including finance! Kudo's to Jason Howell, my sales guy and David Hill in finance!!! More

Crystal pointed me to a wonderful truck with miles so low it could be a new truck. I knew where I wanted to be in terms of trade in and sales price. We came very close, within $500, of where I wanted to be and put the deal together. Crystal and John worked together to make sure everything was in order, that I was comfortable and just gently moved us thru the process. Shout out to David Hill in Finance. He knew I was an AAFCU member and quickly completed the paperwork and not once tried to steer me away from CU financing.
