Let's just say he is patient, knowledgeable and understands the perspective of the buyer. He knows how the business works and is superb at bringing the desires of the buyer into that world. I felt like I always had his attention and my concerns were always addressed. His communication skills are excellent and he offered several purchasing options considering all the rebate programs offered by Ford. Thanks Chad for a great buying experience! In the Finance Department, David Hill is equally awesome, David explained everything in a way that was understandable. He offered legitimate additional options for the purchase yet was not the least bit pushy when I declined. At one point when there was an issue between what I understood and what he understood to be the process, he took charge, involved that salesman and together they contacted Ford home office to resolve things. Even though my first intention was to trade in two vehicles and purchase a new truck after having my questions answered I decided to keep my current truck and trade in my other vehicle for a new commuter car that would accommodate me and my three year old. And even though my credit isn't perfect Maria and the finance team got me into the vehicle I wanted and on the terms I was comfortable with.
