Told them my situation and told them our monthly requirement and he went to work. He then went looking and found us a certified pre owned ford f150 super crew and it was perfect. They worked with us on price and with my trade. We made a deal and John was the best sales man I have ever had. I will always buy from him and Five Star given the opportunity to. All the staff and dealership was a pleasure to deal with. Awesome dealership and John is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I recommend John and Five Star Ford to be your salesman and dealership when you need another vehicle. More

Great price, fast buying experience I was in the market for a new Ford Edge. I had been price shopping around for a bit and came across a nice white Edge Sport AWD at this location (a b I was in the market for a new Ford Edge. I had been price shopping around for a bit and came across a nice white Edge Sport AWD at this location (a bit of a unicorn). Carlton and I negotiated via email entirely and he even provided detailed line item breakout which really helped me make my decision. I showed up on a Friday morning and met with Melvin to start signing on the paperwork. He was great to work with and not at all pushy in the least. From there went to finance. Met with David who was alway great to work with. Honestly, this was the quickest I've ever "checked out" of a car dealership. It was amazing. I returned the next Wednesday for little IOUs the dealer had for me and that was also painless. I wish I had a dealership this nice close by. More

I was not sure what I wanted but he showed me my 2016 I am so thrilled with the customer care I received at Five Star Ford NRH. Randall was amazing. I was not sure what I wanted but he showed me my 2016 Escape and I fell in love. I was positive there was no way he could get me in that vehicle for what my budget allowed. He worked it all out and I drove it home. He is sweet, caring and very dependable. He made me feel right at home and I now have a new friend to add to my list. Of course Joe Ferrantelli was a big part of all of this and was so helpful. Between these 2 guys, my experience was amazing and I am driving a brand new 2016 Escape and love it. After quickly checking my credit and also getting a quote for my old vehicle, we went out to the lot and I picked out a new Ford Focus. After a test drive, William handed me over to David Hill, their finance man, so that I could sign off on all the paperwork. Afterwards, William explained the service I would receive from the dealership, and he sync'd my smartphone contacts and music with the car's system. The whole process was a breeze ... and then I drove off in my new 2016 Ford Focus! I would whole-heartedly recommend Five Star Ford if you're thinking of a new vehicle ... and also recommend William May! More
