Rude and Incompetent I heard them talking xxxx about me behind my back. The mechanic didn't realize I was standing right there. "What the xxxx is he thinking.. Is he on drugs"..Laughing like jack xxxxx. Because they couldn't see anything wrong with the sunroof shade. The reason I came back in to begin with is that Jeff saw an issue with it and told me to come in and get it fixed. When I called them out the look on their faces for talking behind my back and getting caught was pure shock.. They backtracked quickly but if they did it to me.. they do it to all of their customers. xxxxty team. More

As usual Dawn and Kevin in Quick Lane were outstanding. Not only in listening to the problem with my Jeep but keeping me informed about what the problem was, what was needed to correct the problem and when to expect the Jeep to be ready for pickup. I know they will continue this level of customer service and commitment on my Mercedes, that I turned for service when I picked up the Jeep. Great Job you two!!! More
