Great service job Great service appointment, friendly staff. Was given a complimentary car wash and was very disappointed that the car hardly looked touch. Why go anywhere else? I cannot even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Bozard was this time around. First off, Lee Brewer is a saint. This man dealt with me fo I cannot even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Bozard was this time around. First off, Lee Brewer is a saint. This man dealt with me for nearly three weeks asking questions, changing my mind about which car I wanted and then asking even more questions. I finally decide on the one I want but I'm too busy to get to the dealership so he brings it TO ME, so I can test drive it. I decide to buy it and go to the dealership and on my into the parking lot see a different car I want. He doesn't even balk, we test drive it and I decide that's the one for me. So he sells me a car and deals with my emotional break down over my trade in (big badass Blue F350 Diesel) but I'm super happy now. Less than a week later, I'm blowing Lee up again because my husband misses having a truck and he again goes with us on the crazy car buying journey through probably half of Bozards inventory when we find THE one for my other half. He totally gets it when it comes to customer service. Like totally. Other honorable mentions in the process are Ryan Shapiro, Rick Garcia, and Shawn Eodice. I've been a customer of Bozard for about five years now, their Quicklane and service dept are second to none. Stuart and Dawn in the Quicklane have been phenomenal to work with and I really appreciate them. Colby in the main service department is also a pleasure to work with. Go to them once and you'll be a customer for life. More

Regular Maintenance I took my Focus in for a regular maintenance and to have the 30,000 mile fuel system maintenance. They gave a time as to how long it would take and t I took my Focus in for a regular maintenance and to have the 30,000 mile fuel system maintenance. They gave a time as to how long it would take and they were right on with the time. While I was there they found some problems I didn't know I had and had me take it over to Jeff at the repair center. All the problems I had with the vehicle have been resolved. They kept me updated with what was going on with my car on a regular basis. I would not take my car anywhere else. More
