Deception I came to the tent sale at the Cardinals stadium a couple of weeks ago looking for a Tacoma 4x4. I talked to a guy on the phone from Larry Miller who I came to the tent sale at the Cardinals stadium a couple of weeks ago looking for a Tacoma 4x4. I talked to a guy on the phone from Larry Miller who said they had 14 used ranging from 21-29K. My wife and I came down with a $500 coupon we received in the mail and was greeted by a salesman who showed us around. There were only (2) 4x4 Tacoma's and I was ready to leave. He showed me some other makes of trucks (all 4x4) as I made it clear I needed that because I'm a ski instructor in the winter and need it for driving in snow. He showed me a 2015 Dodge Laramie that he said was 4x4 and we took it for a test drive. I was impressed with it and believed I would get a fair trade for my 2013 Prius. This was the (5th) car we purchased from Larry Miller (Toyota & Dodge) and I had nothing but confidence and praise for their fairness and service. This was the first time we dealt with the Hundai side of things. I fealt up to this point I was receiving a fair price for the deal and decided to purchase the 2015 truck. I was assured they would get us the LOWEST interest on our loan and they would check with our bank as well. We drove the truck home as it was downpooring rain. The next morning I went out to go over the truck only to discover is WAS NOT 4 x4. I was shocked! When I purchased it, I was told it was. I went to my bank only to find they could re-fi my truck for almost 2% lower than what Wells Fargo gave me. I contacted Larry Miller Hundai and they never responded back to my e-mail or phone call. Once the sale was done - they were done with me. Be aware of promises made and not kept! I will no longer do business with L.M. Hundai unless they can correct this HUGE misunderstanding. More

We went on our friend’s, as well as our friend’s grandparents recommendation; however, the salesperson we requested had retired. They introduced us to Mrika Dobreci who had worked closely with the retired salesperson and not only did we feel like we had already met her but, she instantly made us feel at ease. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were completely knowledgeable and satisfied with our new vehicle. Above and beyond my expectations! Rich, Justin, Jeff, and Dshon went above and beyond to turn my complicated situation into a new car me and my family love. I had met Rich by chance Rich, Justin, Jeff, and Dshon went above and beyond to turn my complicated situation into a new car me and my family love. I had met Rich by chance when dropping my GF off to get her car serviced. I explained basics of my bankruptcy and otherwise complicated situation and that I didn't expect I would be able to begin car shopping till November. Rich explained that not only could they help me get the car I needed, but they could also do it far sooner than I expected. Without going into too many specifics, I walked into the dealership after two weeks of stalling, confident that my situation was too complicated to step out of there with a car. Rich and the LHM Hyundai team managed every hurdle, and I left with a car I wanted (and my kid loves), cheaper than I expected, and with a monthly payment way below what I told him my budget could manage.
