Jared Williams was unbelievably helpful and calming. He has a sparkling personality and quick wit and I found myself laughing and having a great time while Billy Phister and I crunched numbers and came to a mutually equitable agreement. Every single person I encountered from Robert Smith to Dashon Warren as well as Billy and Jared could not have been more respectful, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned that all of my needs were being met. Great experience from start to finish. If you prefer "helpful" to "high pressure" this is the dealership for you...whoever thought we would describe buying a used car...not their brand... If you prefer "helpful" to "high pressure" this is the dealership for you...whoever thought we would describe buying a used car...not their brand... as a pleasant, warm, friendly experience...one that was filled with caring for our needs; knowledge and helpfulness;and actually some laughs as a bonus. It started when we were on our way to buy a car from a different dealer and drove in the lot and discovered the same make car, a year newer,fewer miles, and a color we liked and Mrika walked up to greet us. She was so helpful and knew so much about the car that even though it was more money we took it for a drive...her warmth and helpfulness continued through the negotiations with Josh and Billy..both also friendly, professional, and we ended up with a fair price that we were happy with...and I might add without the games we have experienced at other dealers in past. We left as we had an appointment...returned...and Mrika had the car ready for us...Dshon handle the paperwork...and Mrika spent time demonstrating as much as we could absorb, took our pictures...again...all with our needs in mind....offered us more help if we later had questions...which ,of course, we did. We return the next evening and we can't say enough to explain the appreciation we have for the caring, patience, and helpfulness of her..and especially Carl and Josh in the service department to teach us about the many things available on the car. We love our "new used" car, feel great about our experience buying it...feel we would be welcome if we have any future problems or questions, and overall we would give this dealership 10 stars if we could. I recently bought a used car earlier this month and it turned out to be a hassle and definitely wasn't going to be worth my time nor money. I filled out an online form and Andres called me right the next morning and told me how they could help me get out of the bad situation I was in and into a better one. I came in after work and Tyler immediately greeted me and helped me out. He was super nice and friendly. He showed me all of the features in the car and was more than amazing! He got me in the car I wanted and was very informative about every aspect of the car. Dshon helped with all the paperwork and he was super fast and efficient, he got us in and out very fast and was definitely a funny, cool dude. I am super happy with my decision I made today and will always come back to Hyundai! More
