I took my car in on time for my third morning appointment at this dealership and this is the third time that they were hours behind. First time it was a few hours. Second time, they call and tell me that the at this dealership and this is the third time that they were hours behind. First time it was a few hours. Second time, they call and tell me that they didn’t get to it but will first thing in the morning. Third trip was this week. Appointment at 10:40. Oil change and tire rotation only- done at 2:45. They gave me a ride home and back, but I would rather they just let me know ahead of time so I can bring it in when they are ready to do the work. I am giving 3 stars instead of one because the service man, Dustin has a wonderful attitude and is very attentive. More

First trip in to do 4 recall issues. Service advisor was helpful and made accurate time estimate. Had one additional repair I requested and that was completed to my satisfaction. It will be nice after the remodeling and construction is done to the service area as it’s a little basic right now and will be hot soon as our season moves to late spring and summer. More
