Then at time of signing, was again trusting the finance person and he slipped 3 additions to my price of the car. Reported many times to all managers there. Holly even came and picked me up from the airport! Now that's customer service. At the dealership, the paperwork was explained to me in detail so I understood what I was signing, which I believe builds a trust. I was out of the dealership drive my new car in no time. The closing process was a bit lengthy as there were many customer's ahead of us and the financial specialist was somewhat overwhelmed. He did an excellent job, however it might warrant another staff member that can also expedite the process when a backlog occurs. We waited for closing of our please for almost two hours - a bit excessive. As of two weeks after the closing, we still have not received any documents of the lease or banking institution documentation. Otherwise all was well. More

I was so happy to discover my Tucson. The minute I sat down I knew that was the car for me! Both front seats adjust for comfort. The multiple angle cameras give me the confidence I need for visibility and safety. There is plenty of room in the back seat for my growing children. The staff at Lithia Hyundai of Reno were knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. I never felt rushed or confused about my purchase. I am so happy with all aspects of the sale, from my sales guy, Pete Montalvo, to the sales manager Dylan Clunie. This was the best decision I have ever made when purchasing a car!! More
