Holly took me for a test drive and was very personable and answered any questions I had and made the transaction very smooth, before taking me to the financing department where I met David. Worst car buying in all my born days!! Horrible experience lies from the start, bait and switch -2 contracts signed for 3.9% then told Hyundai needed 11%. They did not even have this deal funded and after over 2 weeks my trade not paid off and I have a payment due . Then I take my papers to Tahoe to my CA DMV -I give DMV $408 to register new Hyundai then over a week later I am still not registered because they have to finish this. In the mean time Hyundai Finance has no connection to the new car loan but I am still required to make a payment on the trade that I gage them over a week earlier. And I have paid the DMV for the new car Lithia has lied about Hyundai funding -and now ii 8 days the registratiobn is due on the trade IIn that they have not paid off and still has me as the registered owner and I moved the insurance to the new car and if they wreck my trade in the plates(which are mine) are still attatched to the ownership of me and I am liable for anything to do with that car and almost 3 weeks since I gave them the trade it I still in my name even though the personal plates have been transferred to the new car pending Lithia paying off the loan and they know they are suppose to send my DMV complete papers to my Tahoe DMV they have not done that overnight either . So I cannot complete the registration and therefore do not have the finished registration even though I paid the DMV $408 and without that legal document I cannot work. And I have spent a total of 31 hours waiting at the dealership to get a deal and they are like cops they make you stay and get you tired and wanting to leave after dark! They have 15 days by law to get funding or I bring the car back and I get my fulll down payment and my trade in back I am actually hoping for that outcome because even though I got a gorgeous car it has nothingv I told them I really needed. A hatchback was not negotiable and they totally ignored me and said they had one car only !!! How should I be celebrating a $30k new car that has nothing I needed and is in limbo with a trade that I am still liable for and a second CA registration due as well as a car payment. Well I have 30 days before my current loan gets reported and they have to by law be paying it off a week before that 30 days. And they will never get me to register it because the plates are now assigned to my new car. If they back out of this deal I tge 15 days it will be the best and I have my down payment secured by AMEX. They will not be able to get out of that. So all this stuff for the sake of a rip off sale for a car that is not at all what need .. I would love to take this to court in a class action. Most people roll over or are too stupid to fight back even the office women are nasty uncouth unladylike bullies they had me screaming back. Forget the service department $50 to change a $20 cabin filter—ladies you can do it IIn 5 minutes and the air filter too . The headlights are trickier but it’s all on YouTube-gorgeous 2guys from Eastetn Europe will show you how on any Elantra!! You don’t ever have to go to the dealer for service just a documented ASC certified dude... and OEM Hyundai parts and paints and such -all on eBay or Amazon. This is Hyundai #3 for me -#\2 from Lithia—#last from these crooks who are assholeswhiie they lie and steal from you. Scott Hix is a diamond in this rough environment but he is starting to show signs of becoming one of them. It took a while to find exactly what I was looking for simply because it was a rare car, but Holly kept me updated without being pushy and her team was able to find me exactly what I wanted down to the color and trim! They are one of the bigger dealers around so they get a lot more vehicles in which helped a lot. I shopped around for months before deciding which car to buy & hyundai definitely met all my safety, quality, & fun factor criteria & the fact that the staff at Lithia Hyundai Reno were so professional & helpful made my experience excellent. There are a lot of creepy car salesmen out there but I felt totally comfortable working with Holly. Very happy with my new car & my overall experience More

Holly is amazing!!! I was not expecting to walk in and buy a car that day. Dylan sat down with my dad and I and walked me through the financing steps and what would be b I was not expecting to walk in and buy a car that day. Dylan sat down with my dad and I and walked me through the financing steps and what would be best for ME financially. I was kind of nervous and was glad that he was helping me see the realistic side of getting my credit up and financing on my own without my dad as a co-signer. He picked a few cars out for us to look at in my price range and handed us into Holly's hands. She was amazing. She showed us a range of options for test drive. She was supportive in the decision that I made even though my dad liked the other car(hahha). During the loan process she was careful to explain all the steps while walking me through this very important financial decision. She was there with me through it all up until the final signature when she happily handed me the keys to my new(to me) car with a smile and a hug. I highly recommend Holly if you are looking to buy a new car with no pressure. She took an often anxiety ridden and scary process and treated us/me with compassion and honesty. More

I hate writing reviews I didn't realize a review was needed for a survey. Alright. Well...initially i hadn't planned on a sedan, but the trunk was surprisingly large so I t I didn't realize a review was needed for a survey. Alright. Well...initially i hadn't planned on a sedan, but the trunk was surprisingly large so I test drove the vehicle thinking ok...but it won't be for me. I didn't think much about it the first day or so. Then the next evening I thought, that was a very freaking nice vehicle and maybe I will reconsider as it would be nice to have something new (which I had never done in my life regarding a car. I am into buying property so the thought of a car that depreciates was not in my financial plan as a good idea.) I liked the idea of not worrying about maintenance, plus have been wanting something with all the new safety features. After several days of thought, (you would probably call it rationalization....I thought, well, its' perhaps time I finally rewarded myself for all the hard work I had done all my life, look at the all the young kids that can't afford new cars driving them around, my shrink said I needed to have more self love. What a great way to say I love you self? ) thinking about the benefits of a lease, ended up doing it and I really love the car. It is very awesome. The problem is it has so many things, that I can't remember them all, like where the heater control is for the steering wheel so I need to look at the book. More

I have to admit I have purchased several autos from this dealership and I keep coming back because of the staff and also because of the product and what it delivers.
