The people at the dealership were competent and friendly. I appreciated that they facilitated all the paperwork. My 2012 Hyundai Tucson had a bad engine and I got a new one. I appreciated that they facilitated all the paperwork. My 2012 Hyundai Tucson had a bad engine and I got a new one. More

Lance is by far the best. He knows how extremely picky about my car and makes sure it comes back just the way I brought it in. He knows how extremely picky about my car and makes sure it comes back just the way I brought it in. More

Refused to do a factory warranty engine replacement on my 2013 Santa Fe. Then offered me $50 dollars for it after they seized the engine. Broke my bumper putting it on my trailer. Then I took it to a comp 2013 Santa Fe. Then offered me $50 dollars for it after they seized the engine. Broke my bumper putting it on my trailer. Ryan is cool, unfortunately the sales manager put me underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why I couldn't pass on the deal. I thought the sales manager was looking out for my best interest but once I reread my paperwork I feel the opposite. I am happier with my Kona than I was with the Ioniq5, but I don't like the extra expense to get here. I'm not candy coating anything I feel, you asked now I'm giving you my feelings. Dealerships can't ask for "10's" across the board when they only give 5's. If I receive another review request it's going to be scathing. More
