Very Pleasing Nathan was very thorough and detailed in describing the problem I was having with my truck. There were no surprises and he let me know the worst and Nathan was very thorough and detailed in describing the problem I was having with my truck. There were no surprises and he let me know the worst and best case scenario of what to expect. Ed Roberts also schooled me on what causes the issue I had with my truck and how that effects the performance. All of the people I came in contact with at Bozard were extremely friendly and offered cookies, popcorn and drinks which is a nice touch to any business. Unfortunately, I probably put on a couple of pounds during my visit. More

Great Experience as usual I was early for my appointment for a general service and have a damage leather seat looked at. They were able to get me in early and Ed Roberts inspected the seat and took it over for some work after the service was finished. His people repaired the seat where the damage is virtually perfect. As far as I'm concerned they are "artists". Thanks to the entire staff. More

Don't buy a fusion My car sucks and they can't fix it. My car delays acceleration and then jerks after a stop going forward or in reverse. Has been doing so for months and I've brought it in about 6 times, had a flight recorder put in it, AND it still is messed up. When talking with sales team they made it seem like I would somehow take a loss on the situation which is absurd for them to suggest. I'm just thankful I leased so will be out of this crappy car sooner rather than later and I'm not stuck with it. I also sent an email that was never responded to. But whatever. I'm beyond over this place and I'm just telling everyone they should go there ever because when a problem comes up that is created on their end they are not as accommodating as they should be. More

No return courtesy call - UPDATE I made an appointment via their online site. (I brought my 2015 Ford E-450 RV in 1 time before) When I did not get a confirmation, I called. After I I made an appointment via their online site. (I brought my 2015 Ford E-450 RV in 1 time before) When I did not get a confirmation, I called. After I spoke to whomever answers service calls (a woman)and put on hold- I was told, oh yeah they don't do RV's anymore. I was stunned. First because it is a brand new vehicle that only needed an oil change and second that I was there just a few months before with the Rv and thirdly that their website touts their equipment especially made for RV service. I had a choice of purchasing an RV with a Mercedes chassis, but I read the reviews and thought Bozard Ford a better idea. Close to home. So, I asked to speak to a manager. If nothing else to tell him how disappointed I was. Of course he was busy and was assured by the receptionist that Alex, the manager would call me back. Well, I never got a return call and I surely won't be buying ANY Ford products ever. If a dealer can just say we aren't servicing xyz, any ole time they please. To add insult to injury, after I wrote this review, I received a postcard in the mail telling me that it was time to have my Ford serviced at Bozard. UPDATE: After I wrote this review I was contacted by John Moon, Internet Sales Director. He explained that Bozard does not have space (to park and store) to service large RV's anymore. He apologized for the service manager,Alex, who never called me as I had requested. John called me several times after our initial conversation to confirm that I had received a letter from Ed Roberts, Service Director. These guys really wanted to be helpful and I do appreciate that. I just wonder about the other RV owners who "thought" they had a reputable, community minded dealer for service, and who actually have no one. I changed my overall rating to 3 stars instead of 1, only because I haven't had service there yet. And yes, I would recommend Bozard. More
