I drove from Tucson to Peoria initially to save the market adjustment, but also because I had many questions answered by Edgar Garay online. Also, Jason sent me a video of the interior for the Tucson I thought I wanted because pictures on Hyundai website and in brochures differed somewhat. When I got there early (even though I had an appointment for noon) on a Friday, I met with Marisa Balderaz and she helped me immensely. I had already made my mind up to purchase the Tucson, but she made me feel more at ease about my dealership experience. It was quite a bit different from when I bought my 2006 Impala here in Tucson since they are a non commission dealership. I was in and out in about an hour and left happy. More
