Alfred met my father and I out in the lot while we were looking to see what exactly I was wanting. He was quick to grab a set of keys so I could test drive what I picked out. After the test drive we went inside to work out the price then I received a text that I needed to pick up my twin seven year old boys. Once I had them picked up and made it back to the dealership Alfred remembered me and had everything readily available so we could work out the price. During the negotiation and working out the financing Alfred was very helpful in keeping my boys entertained. After we had all that worked out he sent me to Tut Edwards office were we finished up all the paperwork. Tut is very good at what he does. He does a good job at suggesting and not pressuring the many add ons that can run up the price of the vehicle. He was able to get the interest rate that I was comfortable with. I will recommend these guys at Five Star Ford to all my friends and family. More

Mustang Convertible From the beginning of the process to the end, Crystal Sanders kept me informed of all the doings involved in finding a car that fit what I was looking From the beginning of the process to the end, Crystal Sanders kept me informed of all the doings involved in finding a car that fit what I was looking for. She held my hand and walked me through the whole thing, answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely eager to please. I was referred to Five Star Ford by my loan officer at the American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Miriam Carrasquillo, but since I live in Denton, I decided to try the closer dealerships first. That was a mistake. Compared to the professionalism of the staff at Five Star Ford, the other two I visited were neither knowledgeable nor up to the challenge of dealing with someone (me) who knew exactly what he wanted and how much he was willing to pay. That I ended up at Five Star Ford was my reward for the trials I found at the other two places. Buying a car is not a process I enjoy, but Crystal and the rest made it as painless as they possibly could. I am a firm believer in word-of-mouth, and I will be singing the praises of Five Star Ford for years to come. More

The new car 5 Star Ford is exceptional in how they treat people. They don't jack up the prices with unwanted accessories. They don't waste your time. The new car buying experience is top notch, unlike any other dealership. It has been a pleasure working with Rick Dike on buying a new Focus and Tut Edwards on financing it. It's nice to know there are car folks that are honest, respectful and appreciative of their customers. Don't hesitate to go here, you will not be disappointed. More

FANTASTIC! Get your new car or truck here!!! Short version - everyone we worked with here was friendly, helpful, non-evasive, and also entertaining. We got the best price by far for our new Ford Short version - everyone we worked with here was friendly, helpful, non-evasive, and also entertaining. We got the best price by far for our new Ford F-150 and the sales process was easy, stress-free and they didn't add a thing to the price I was quoted. Aaron Dias is an outstanding salesperson, friendly, competent and entertaining. Tut Edwards, finace department, is efficient, professional, low-pressure and a snappy dresser. Long version - NEVER AGAIN WILL I SIT IN A SMALL ROOM AND BE BADGERED!!! We recently lost our only vehicle in a wreck and had to get a new car in a short period of time. We knew we wanted a little suv but not exactly which one. We spent two days visiting multiple dealerships, Subaru, Chevy, Mazda, Ford, Toyota, you name it. In practically every instance, we were badgered to make a choice "What will it take to get a new car today??!!!" and it was made difficult for us to leave. Since we were under the gun, we did eventually buy a vehicle that we are happy with, although we may have paid too much LOL Next we had to get a new truck, but now there is no rush, and we knew that we wanted a Ford F-150 - I contacted a number of internet sales depts and had them give me the numbers. Aaron Dias was by FAR the most helpful, friendly, pressure-free salesperson I contacted. PLUS - he gave me the best price. I had gotten another price from a different dealer, and I was warned that they would add all kinds of things, like bed liners, tint, etc etc and I would not get the truck for the price they quoted. I asked Aaron for the 'bottom line' and the price he quoted was EXACTLY the price that was given to me when we went to purchase the truck, to the penny. Tut Edwards in the finance department is professional, quick, and also entertaining (and a very snappy dresser). He handled the financing in an efficient way and we were out of there in no time. There was no real pressure to purchase extended warranties, or other expenses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIVE STAR FORD to purchase a new Ford, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AARON DIAS as your salesman, he is really funny. I've had occasion to get a price for service and they were in the mid-range of prices quoted, so I trust their service department, too. This is the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I will never shop in person again. Shop online for your next car and don't be fooled by low price quotes - make sure you ask the dealer for their "out the door" bottom line, the other low-quote dealer (Grand Prairie Ford) would not give me that number, and finally admitted that yes, the truck had a bed liner and all kinds of add-ons.that were to be added to the price when I came to pick it up. So just save yourself trouble and go to Five Star Ford in the first place. More

No frills deal — Excellent Price, Excellent People I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from 5-star Ford. I had done my research and shopped around but arrived here again, for a great deal on a great vehicle. My salesmen was very nice and straight-forward, so we agreed on a price (and other details) in less than 10 minutes at the 'bargaining table'. Basically, I asked for an aggressive price and I got it. I had my own financing so in-and-out of the financing office, it was a very painless and pleasant buying experience for a process that is normally considered stressful and drawn out. Everyone was very friendly, I felt I got a really good deal all-around, and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I hope to continue doing business with Five Star Ford for years to come. More

Great Customer Service We had bought our first vehicle back in 2008 from Marisa and received such excellent customer service that we came right back to her when we were read We had bought our first vehicle back in 2008 from Marisa and received such excellent customer service that we came right back to her when we were ready to buy our next family vehicle. Marisa listens to your needs and does her best to work with them. She does not make you feel pressured into getting anything that you don't want. She explains everything and makes the buying a new car experience as easy as picking out your favorite new shoes. If you are in the market for a new car I would recommend Five Star NRH and Marisa Thompson! Tut was our finance manager. Tut has such a good personality and is so friendly. He knew our budget and did his best to offer the best rate for us and explained the options for extended warranty. I was very pleased with working with Tut. More
