Yes. The transaction was as comfortable as any large purchase can be. My wife was wanting a larger vehicle so we went in to look at the new Explorer. We meet with Tut and he showed us around - retrieved the keys for the Explorer and took if for a ride. Next we drove a Flex - my wife fell in love with this SUV - not so much for the looks but for the room inside and the drive. Tut and the team made the whole experience a pleasure.
