Joshua quickly responded to an issue I raised and did so with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service with genuine concern. My experience with 5 Star Ford Richland Hills was great. Alfred El-Darazi was phenomenal!!! I would go back to him over and over and over again for business.
