He got the ball rolling for us but It was late on a Friday so we did come the next day & John was busy with another customer so he passed us on to Lee Clanton who was able to answer all of are questions & really solidified the car we wanted. This was a very large decision for us because we are nearing retirement & do not want to make a mistake. Lee did not push us into a sale, he just said go to dinner & think about it, we did, & came back a couple days later & found both John & Lee were on vacation. John had told Crystal Sanders to be looking for us & she was. Wow what a knowledgable young girl! She got all the process moving & all of the sudden we were sitting in front of Tut Edwards to look at all the financing available, what a dynamic personality, (I think he would like to be called KING TUT)! He explained the loan in every way, with extended & without warranties & let us make the decision without any pressure. Now I know why they call them a SALES TEAM! We are now the proud owners of a 2016 Fusion! Thank you Team!!! More

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and Kelly Blackwell, David Deger, and Tut Edwards were amazing!! My initial contact was with Kelly Blackwell. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and proved to be a miracle worker by getting me into the car that I wanted at a very reasonable price!! David helped me immensely by setting up my phone to work with the vehicle and answered all my questions. He also followed up with me via phone a couple of days after my purchase to see if I had further questions or needs in which he could assist. Tut did all the financing paperwork. When I left his office, he actually played the theme song to Rocky to announce to David I was on my way back to him. It was very fitting because I left there feeling like a winner.
